Reflection on the project “What did you eat”

            After having a project called “What did you eat”, I think I had better change my eating habits. Just like the teacher, Alice told us in the class, we have to cut down snacks or any extra foods we ate because they were really unhealthy to our body and might be the predisposition to the cardiovascular diseases in our future. By drinking enough water and eating enough organic foods, we can make our body strong also. Then, don’t forget to have the appropriate food as your breakfast because the first meal in the day is the source of energy!
